Ladies AGM Advance Notices

The day will start with a game of golf.  A shotgun start at 11.00am followed by a finger buffet, the format to be decided depending on the number of Ladies taking part.  Please put your name down on the notice in the changing room to assist with catering arrangements.

The AGM and Prizegiving will take place in the Pavilion Lounge at 2.00 pm on Sunday, 4th October 2015.

Any matters, concerns or questions, which a member wishes to raise, must be submitted, in writing, to Joan Fraser, Ladies Secretary, by 29th September 2015 or by telephone 01738 625868 or email joanf2653@gmail.com.

There are several vacancies for Committee Members.  Nominations are invited prior to the AGM and should be entered on the list in the changing room or notified to the Secretary.  Proposers are requested to ensure that nominees are willing to stand for office and will *attend the AGM before adding their names.  (*Valid reason will be taken into consideration if attendance is not possible, please inform the Secretary as soon as possible).
